Few things say it’s autumn more than a family stroll through a pumpkin patch or an exciting trip through a corn maze—not to mention the gorgeous colors of the autumn leaves. Of course, here at Double R Farms, it’s beautiful all year round, but our farm truly comes alive during the fall months. Tacoma, WA, locals and visitors alike enjoy spending time at our lovely property.
 
Double R Farms features sprawling acres of beautiful scenery, including an enormous pumpkin patch. You can try your hand at a pumpkin slingshot, or take a hay ride on one of our tractors. Kids love visiting with our farm animals, which include chickens and turkeys. It’s affordable fun for the whole family! 
 
During the month of October, families can visit Double R Farms to enjoy our thrilling corn maze, or to pick their own pumpkin from our huge pumpkin patch. Our pumpkins come in so many shapes and sizes, you may have a hard time picking just one! The big, beautiful pumpkins make excellent fall decor, or jack o’ lanterns for Halloween.
 
Of course, there’s much more to Double R Farms than our wonderful corn maze and pumpkin patch. Our pumpkins and squash are the best in the area—our pie pumpkins make incredible desserts! 
 
We welcome children here at Double R Farms. Your child can celebrate his or her birthday, or teachers can take their classes to our farm for an educational field trip. We’ll show them the ins and outs of farming and have a lot of fun, too!
